Task Reports

Task Reports

A task report gives you detailed information about the detected errors, utterances, status, applied schemes, processing time, and much more. When you schedule a media file for QC or captioning, Captions considers it as a task and displays the result as a task report.
Captions lets you evaluate the task reports from the TASKS interface, which provides the concise information about all tasks and sub-tasks that are in-progress, completed, failed, or aborted. A detailed task report provides a comprehensive report for tasks being verified by Captions. Tasks' reports are displayed in two different ways based on the number of sub-tasks, such as:
  1. If a task has only one sub-task, the detailed task report displays with Summary, Errors, and Utterances tabs.
  2. If a task has multiple sub-tasks, Captions displays the report under two sections, Scheduling Summary and Task Summary.
In this case, you need to click any sub-tasks listed in the Task Summary section to view the detailed task report with Summary, Errors, and Utterances tabs.
The detailed task report of subtitling and recaptioning task/sub-task consists of Summary and Utterances tabs only.
In addition, Captions provides different options to:
  1. Export captions
