Managing Payments

A user, who has a regular account, needs to pay in advance to process any captioning tasks.  Therefore, when you submit or re-submit tasks as a regular user, the Make Payment dialog pops up with complete billing information. In this dialog, you can see the list of all selected tasks along with their task types, duration, and chargeable amounts. Additionally, you can enable the Use Free Minutes (available minutes: ) check box to avail free minutes. 
The Use Free Minutes (available minutes: ) option is disabled if the available free minutes are less than the total content duration.
ICS-CAPTIONS has two different scenarios for the payments with free minutes:

If the available free minutes exceed the total content duration, ICS-Captions allows you to directly submit all the scheduled tasks. 

If the available free minutes are less than the total content duration, you need to click the Make Payment button to make payments for the tasks.

Once you click the Make Payment button, a new window opens where you need to provide your valid card details for payment. After successful payment, ICS — Captions allows you to submit all the scheduled tasks.

Your bill payment session will expire automatically after 1 hour of inactivity. 
In case of task abort, free minutes or payment done will be refunded.
